About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to handle large data sets with high accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain item master data in our ERP system.
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Record and regularly update transit days for distribution centers and vendors.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Support resolution of data-related issues with sourcing, planning, and purchase teams.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare and publish daily operational reports for teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports covering KPIs such as supply chain performance, inventory, and service levels.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and provide timely MIS to management.
  • Automate reporting formats in Excel, NAV, and Power BI for efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting).
  • Ability to handle large data sets with high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management, MIS, or Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
