Job Overview:

The role of a Contract Manager involves creating, validating and processing contract documentation using standard templates, options and policies. This position requires excellent communication skills, experience in drafting standard contractual documents, stakeholder management, organization, attention to detail, time management, proficiency in Email, MS Word and Excel, ability to work under deadlines, resilience in times of change, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, validate and process contract documentation using standard document templates, a set of contract options and in accordance with policies and business approvals.
- Liaise with other teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across Oracle to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
- Lead and manage the contracting process end-to-end for strategic, complex transactions that meet regional criteria requiring Deal Manager involvement.
- Set the overall direction for assigned managed deal(s) and ensure successful execution of the contracting process, consistency and adherence with strategy, commitments and goals as well as compliance with policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and coordinate discussion amongst Sales and multiple functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms and solve complex contracting scenarios.
