Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our IT contract staffing operations in India.

The successful candidate will have expertise in domestic IT contract staffing, with a strong background in technical recruitment knowledge, leadership skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality IT contract staffing mandates for clients.
  • Lead and develop teams of team leads and technical recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, account managers, business heads, and market directors to understand client needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  • Design and execute effective hiring strategies for niche and hard-to-fill tech roles using premium sourcing channels and leveraging platforms like Naukri, Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Implement efficient usage of ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards for tracking performance, funnel metrics, and SLAs.
  • Mentor delivery teams on technical screening, soft skills, communication, and stakeholder handling, driving continuous improvement and upskilling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of total experience in IT staffing, with at least 5-7 years in delivery/team leadership roles.
  • Proven success in hiring for technology and niche skills in the Indian contract staffing market.
  • Strong exposure to product-based client hiring and experience handling aggressive delivery timelines.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Naukri, Recruiter, Boolean search, and premium sourcing platforms.
  • Working experience with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams, prioritize multiple roles, and drive performance against targets.
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Internal HR, TA, Shared Services, or RPO without contract delivery ownership
    • Bench sales, H1B hiring, or freelance coordination
    • Experience without direct hands-on IT recruitment delivery in India
