Senior Engineering Leadership Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of passionate software engineers with ownership and impact
  • Drive timely and high-quality product delivery, adopting engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to shape payroll architecture
  • Help us scale and grow by attracting and growing the best talent
  • Empower engineers to take ownership of projects, guiding them from initial product requirements through launch
  • Maintain a relentless commitment to elevating engineering standards within both the team and the organization
  • Provide mentorship and opportunities for your team, nurturing their professional growth and success
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate 8+ years of experience with modern backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin, C++) for APIs, batch jobs, etc.
  • Possess 1+ years of experience managing a team of engineers
  • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals to help mentor engineers in tackling complex technical problems and driving innovation
  • Previous experience managing the complete project lifecycle, transforming intricate ideas into successful launches
  • Demonstrate a keen product sense advocating for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Outstanding capacity to convey intricate technical concepts clearly and precisely, collaborating effectively across diverse functional teams
