We are currently seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Specialist to join our team. This role requires designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium with Python. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and solid hands-on experience in Python scripting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, ensuring the highest level of software quality and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.
  • Develop reusable test frameworks and libraries.
  • Perform UI and API testing, validate data, and automate regression test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers and the QA team to identify test requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Document test results, report bugs, and track them through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and solid hands-on experience in Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
  • Experience with API Testing using Postman/REST Assured.
  • Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PyTest, HTML/XML/JSON, and test reporting tools.
  • Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or Behave is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Docker and containerized testing environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
