Job Title

Cloud Migration & Implementation Application Designer

This role is responsible for defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements using ServiceNow Customer Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
  • Ensure the quality of ServiceNow applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
  • Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About Education:

An engineering degree with ServiceNow Certification is preferred.
