Software Development Engineer in Test

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing robust automation frameworks to validate complex workflows across hybrid and on-prem environments. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering cluster lifecycle management, security, networking, and platform integrations
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks for REST APIs, UI testing, system-level, and end-to-end workflows
  • Perform performance and scalability testing across VM-based deployments and Kubernetes environments
  • Validate enterprise-grade scenarios like backup and restore, air-gapped installs, software upgrades, and more
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to drive quality from design to release
  • Reproduce and debug complex, production-like issues
  • Own the quality gates for builds and releases
  • Continuously improve the test infrastructure, tools, and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in automation testing, strong programming skills in Python and Java, experience testing distributed systems or microservices, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and more.
