Job Description:

The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for managing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. This role involves assisting with the maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other computerized systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update data into various computer systems
  • Maintain the integrity of databases and spreadsheets by ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to data entry
  • Identify and implement improvements to current data entry processes
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software applications
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Work Schedule:
  • Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day
  • Sunday off, 6 days a week
  • Shift timing: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
