Our organization is seeking an Interior Designer to spearhead our interior fit-out projects. This highly skilled and versatile professional will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and proficiency in various software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.This position requires 4-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio and knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.The successful candidate will be able to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to new technologies to ensure high-quality designs that meet client expectations.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing interior design concepts that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Preparing detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conducting site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Preparing BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participating in professional client negotiations.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
