Overview

Project Management Role for Civil and Interior Works Execution

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the execution of civil and interior works across various retail showrooms, hotels, and commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14-17 years' experience in project and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all civil, interior, and MEP works.
  • Lead a team of 20 engineers and supervisors.
  • Inspect and verify interior fit-out, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and compare with drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and report work progress to the VP Engineering.
  • Coordinate with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Ensure quality control and preparation of snag lists.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and vendors for quality of works at site.
  • Implement safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements include 14-17 years' experience as a Project and Construction Manager, working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT, and experience in stone cladding of façade both wet and dry cladding.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project and construction management.
  • Strong understanding of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT.
  • Ability to manage project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, coordinating with PMO.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
