We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects and ensure seamless execution and communication.
- The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Review of Quotes and Budgets: The Project Coordinator will prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects with attention to detail.
- Design Change Management: The coordinator will track design changes, update documentation accordingly, and coordinate client approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
- Documentation and Client Communication: Maintain all project-related files and documentation, acting as the single point of contact for major clients.
- Vendor Coordination and Settlements: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion, conduct budget analysis, and ensure costs are within approved limits.
- Final Billing and Closure: Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts, supporting project managers and executives with administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is essential.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.
- A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
