Senior Voice Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Voice engineer to fill a challenging role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing voice infrastructure.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced voice technologies in a dynamic environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration.

  • Design and deploy scalable voice systems to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot voice network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Voice engineering with experience in real-time systems.
  • Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP, and other voice protocols.
  • Strong programming skills in either C or Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with both Enterprise and Open Source voice solutions.

Preferred skills include experience with speech recognition technologies, real-time voice streaming, or Voice AI, and background in backend programming.
