Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics and experiments that drive core product metrics such as match quality, time-to-hire, candidate experience, and revenue.
  • Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, translating results into actionable product decisions within a week.
  • Create data dashboards and lightweight models enabling teams to access information without relying on others.
  • Collaborate with engineers to instrument events, improve data quality, and reduce latency.
  • Prototype machine learning models to enhance matching and scoring processes.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents through rubric design, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail development.

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Fundamental knowledge of statistics, SQL, and Python, along with demonstrated projects.
  • Able to work efficiently, frame questions, test hypotheses, and ship results within days.
  • Strong communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about LLM evaluation, retrieval, and ranking is an asset, as you'll learn alongside experienced professionals.
