Job Description

As a Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the development of end-to-end data management solutions in various tools. This role requires expertise in working with master data from multiple industries, including banking, life sciences, retail, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing multidomain data management solutions using leading data management tools such as configurations, data modeling, user group & privilege setup, hierarchy management, workflow setup, etc.
  • Managing reference data in the data management tool and ensuring high-quality data through effective data quality rules, match and merge strategies, golden records survivorship rules, and match tuning.
  • Configuring the user interface using provisioning tools and integrating endpoints (outbound and inbound) using SOAP, REST, and other upstream/downstream systems.
  • Providing support to data stewards to improve business processes and assisting in data management support activities.
  • Implementing and supporting data loading to the data management application and customizing data management solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Understanding data management concepts such as integration patterns, trust, survivorship, publishing, and change data capture (CDC).
  • Working on new developments by understanding the data model, making changes to the repository as needed, onboarding source data, DQ configurations, and enrichment in data management.
  • Executing data management process and overseeing gaps, inefficiencies, and improvements needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts and ability to work with master data from multiple industries.
  • Experience in developing multidomain data management solutions using leading data management tools.
  • Proficient in data modeling, user group & privilege setup, hierarchy management, workflow setup, and reference data management.
  • Good knowledge of integration endpoints, data quality rules, match and merge strategies, golden records survivorship rules, and match tuning.
  • Ability to configure the user interface using provisioning tools and integrate endpoints using SOAP, REST, and other upstream/downstream systems.
  • Hands-on experience in SDLC life cycle activities such as requirement analysis, design, process flows, fit/gap analysis, solution design, CRP, and testing.
