We are seeking a seasoned data professional to join our team as Lead Data Architect and Analytics Advisor. As a key member of our data and analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • "Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure."
  • "Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements to drive data solutions."
  • "Lead the migration and integration of data from legacy systems like SAP, ERP, etc. to OCI."
  • "Develop data models, metadata management, and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms."
  • "Implement data security and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements."
  • "Optimize data workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency and performance."
  • "Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the data architecture is forward-looking and competitive."
  • "Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team."
  • "Mentor and train junior data team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement."

Qualifications:

  • "Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field."
  • "5 -12 years (4 to 7 yrs) of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data management."
  • "Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its suite of services."
  • "Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database design."
  • "Have strong experience in working with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), ODI, Oracle Data Flow, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Catalog, Oracle Big Data Service, OCI Streaming."
  • "Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus."
  • "Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks."
  • "Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail."
  • "Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels."
  • "Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred."
