Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Architect

As a senior data analytics architect, you will lead a team of technical experts to design and implement advanced analytics solutions that drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of cutting-edge data modeling strategies, leveraging your expertise in multi-dimensional data cubes and data warehousing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement optimal data modeling strategies for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance data warehouse architectures.
  • Lead a team of experienced technologists to deliver complex analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in data warehouse implementation, data modeling, and database management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects on time.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in BFSI domain.
