Senior Production Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing production processes to ensure high-quality results while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and delivery of products
  • Maintenance of cGMP compliance in preparation, updating of SOPs, and manufacturing of liquid and steroid products
  • Delivery of products as per monthly plans, allocation of jobs to workmen, and upkeep of facilities and equipment
  • Motivation of workmen through proper training and guidance on shop floor monitoring
  • Training of all employees, setting production goals and objectives, and collaboration with QA, QC, warehouse, and other departments
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participation in self-inspection programs, updating production managers on day-to-day activities, and investigation of market complaints and deviations
  • Preparation and review of SOPs, coordination with engineering and R&D departments for installation of new machines and manufacturing of new products

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of production processes, cGMP regulations, and team management skills. They must be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve high-quality results while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
