Production Team Lead

This position oversees the production process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include organizing daily tasks for technicians, maintaining production area cleanliness, and monitoring production output.
Main Responsibilities:- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to laid standards of good manufacturing practices, implement quality control measures, and conduct regular inspections to maintain high product quality.
- Technician Management: Assign and execute daily targets for technicians based on standard outputs, monitor their performance, and provide training to enhance their skills.
- Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the production area and equipment in a clean state as per SOPs, ensure environmental control over manufacturing activities affecting product quality, and coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance for production equipment and instruments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document routine activities according to regulatory requirements, complete BMR on time, and update SAP entries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and improve daily production output, control technician absenteeism, and coordinate installation and qualification of production equipment.
