Job Overview

The role of the Manager involves overseeing the reception and review of new and reformulated products from inception to commercialization, ensuring seamless scalability and occupancy in production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for receiving new and reformulated products from concept to launch.
  • Scale up or down production volumes for existing products, reviewing occupancy levels in RMG and Blender facilities.
  • Develop and implement Master Manufacturing Documents (MMDs) for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve sampling plans for engineering process validation, providing technical inputs for product improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise for product formulation, equipment setup, and process optimization, contributing to improved shelf life and quality.
  • Handle reprocessing and reworking of existing formulations, minimizing waste and optimizing production efficiency.
  • Support failure investigation and exception handling, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Document all process steps for trial non-commercial batches, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Approve new and old materials, API excipients, and provide technical inputs for revision of Technical Dossiers and Batch Documentation limits.
  • Coordinate externalization and internalization of products between facilities, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department, enhancing productivity and quality standards.
  • Provide analytical formulation support and troubleshooting for existing products, including method development and implementation.
  • Identify and execute competitive projects, driving business growth and innovation.
