Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior IT Staffing Specialist with a proven track record of success in the airline industry. This role involves partnering with clients to understand their unique IT staffing needs and developing strategic recruitment plans to meet those demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with airline industry clients to identify specific IT staffing requirements, including roles in software engineering, systems administration, and cloud services.
  • Sources and attracts highly qualified IT candidates using a variety of platforms, such as job boards and networking events.
  • Evaluates candidate technical expertise, experience, and suitability for airline-related IT roles through thorough screening and interviewing processes.
  • Manages the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Provides strategic recruitment support and guidance to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Tracks and reports on recruitment metrics, maintaining transparency and regular updates to clients on hiring progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably within the airline or aviation industry.
  • In-depth understanding of IT roles within the airline sector, including systems engineers, software developers, cloud architects, network engineers, and cybersecurity experts.
  • Familiarity with airline industry technologies such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), flight operation systems, airport management software, and airline-specific IT infrastructure.
  • Proven proficiency in using recruitment tools, including Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with both technical candidates and hiring managers.
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a focus on meeting hiring targets and deadlines.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
