Trade Lifecycle Analyst

Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction by managing trade lifecycle activities, ensuring timely deliverables and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily business-as-usual (BAU) operations and mitigate operational risk in custody trades.
  • Handle EOC tax and LEI rejects, and perform reconciliation to resolve breaks.
  • Ensure exceptions are addressed and closure is maintained.
  • Monitor intra-day reports and conduct research on systems to optimize performance.
  • Understand product solutions to address customer problems.
  • Build team resilience and backup processes.
  • Address queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Perform end-of-day (EOD) processes for timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial markets products.
  • Exhibit subject matter expertise in equities, fixed income, and foreign exchange (FX).
  • Work closely with business partners and manage risk effectively.
  • Be flexible and prioritize work effectively.
  • Think strategically and execute practically.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a business discipline.
  • Proficient in using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath.
  • Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools effectively.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively using email programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
