The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise IT systems, ensuring security compliance, and enhancing system performance.

  • Windows Server & Cloud Infrastructure Management: Advanced troubleshooting of Windows Server environments using Procmon, Netmon, and event logs.
  • Managing Active Directory (AD), DNS, GPO, Azure AD, ADFS, and AD Sync.
  • Designing, managing, and troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services farms and application publishing.
  • Managing VMware ESXi Server environments.
  • Scripting automation and infrastructure management using PowerShell (highly preferred).
  • Managing IaaS in AWS and Azure (nice to have).

This role requires expertise in application security and OS hardening, with a strong understanding of industry security standards such as CIS, PCI, and NIST.

Security & Vulnerability Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing CIS, PCI, and NIST security frameworks for OS and application hardening.

  • Identifying, assessing, and remediating application and system vulnerabilities.
  • Utilizing Qualys or similar tools for vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  • Managing Microsoft Defender for Identity and Microsoft Sentinel (preferred).
Standard Operating Procedures & Documentation:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT operations and ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and Windows Server troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Remote Desktop Services and application publishing.
  • Azure AD, ADFS, and AD Sync management expertise.
  • Experience with VMware ESXi environments.
  • Powershell scripting proficiency (highly desirable).
  • Security knowledge in CIS, PCI, and NIST standards.
  • Experience with Qualys, Microsoft Defender for Identity, and Sentinel (preferred).
