Private 5G Specialist Role

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
  • They will also be responsible for defining wireless coverage requirements and selecting radio solutions as per project needs, including dimensioning, link budget, and coverage planning.
  • Additionally, they will provide support for RAN network interference analysis and mitigation, understanding spectrum requirements, and assisting customers to procure Private 5G spectrum.
  • They will also prepare detailed technical proposals for tender/RFPs involving Private Mobile Networks, highlighting product and solution offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of 5G RAN functionalities.
  • Define wireless coverage requirements and select appropriate radio solutions.
  • Support RAN network interference analysis and mitigation efforts.
  • Understand spectrum requirements and assist customers with procurement.
  • Prepare technical proposals for Private Mobile Network tenders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in 5G RAN testing and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication principles and standards.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
