Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial management skills, with a proven track record in closing, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.

The successful CFO will lead our finance teams, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. They will also establish strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and performance dashboards to track business performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and implement budget control mechanisms across the organization.
  • Consolidate financial data from various businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

  • Review and validate financial reporting of the organization and its portfolio companies.
  • Provide diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in investment firms or high-growth businesses.
  • Strong track record in financial management, FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in contract negotiations and team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks.
