Job Role:

Project Specialist
  • Tech Support & Liaison: Provide technical assistance during commissioning phases of energy storage projects.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients on-site, liaising with subcontractors when necessary.
  • Commissioning Schedule: Collaborate with professionals to implement detailed commissioning schedules, working closely with overseas colleagues.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Generate daily and weekly reports, monitoring and addressing any deviations from planned schedules.
  • Follow-up Meetings: Engage in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, coordinating with professionals from diverse disciplines.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Experience & Qualifications: Possess 2-3 years of experience as an Energy Storage Service Engineer with hands-on site experience. Electrical or Electronics Engineer degree required.
  2. Technical Expertise: Handle commissioning, pre and post-commissioning tests, and performance test verification. Strong understanding of BESS PCS and related components.
  3. Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory, maintaining records and documenting transactions. Notify the service manager about spare part needs and estimated quantities based on failure rates.
  4. Tool Maintenance: Ensure safekeeping of tools.
  5. Task Assignment: Oversee and assign tasks to third-party technicians, ensuring all work is documented and reported to higher management.
