Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare forms and returns for filing with relevant authorities.
  • Prepare resolutions, letters, responses, and other documents.
  • Support meetings and maintain records.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on relevant laws.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with legal assignments.

Requirements and Skills:

  • CS Executive qualification.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of law interpretation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Quick to take initiative.
  • LLB will be an additional advantage.
