Business Development Associate

The role of a Business Development Associate is to work closely with various internal teams, including legal, operations, technology, and client services. This individual will be responsible for advising and onboarding high net worth individuals and institutional clients from EMEA onto the company trading platform.

A key aspect of this position involves coordinating integration projects and product optimization for new B2B clients across multiple internal teams. Additionally, the associate will conduct competitive research and market analysis on the financial and brokerage industry, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent quantitative and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the brokerage or financial industry, with a solid understanding of MS Office and fluency in English.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in brokerage or financial industry
  • Education: Post Graduate (MBA) with 1-2 years of experience or Graduate (Any bachelors degree) with 3 years of work experience in Brokerage/Financial Industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Language skills: Fluent English
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills required
