Job Title: Emerging Architect

About the Role

The Junior Architect position at our organization requires an individual with a passion for innovative design and exceptional communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending project meetings, analyzing architectural designs, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all project meetings to communicate and coordinate with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
  • Analyze architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, and finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project's amenity and specifications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • An eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • A strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
