Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement core backend systems influencing customer experience and trust.

You will architect backend services in Core Java, Spring, and MySQL for essential business workflows at scale. Additionally, you will deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code using SOLID principles and automated testing.

Other key responsibilities include creating and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless interaction between systems and services. You will also collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to transform ideas into secure, high-performance systems.

Troubleshooting, resolving, and protecting the customer experience are crucial skills required in this position. Finally, you will evaluate, test, and adopt emerging tools and practices improving performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong engineering foundation – proficiency in multiple programming languages and paradigms.
  • Technical expertise – experience with Core Java, Spring, MySQL, and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of system design, database modeling, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Awareness of AI-driven tools and integration capabilities.
  • Forward-thinking mindset – curiosity about emerging technologies.
  • Collaborative approach – strong communication skills and cross-functional team collaboration.
