  • Support high-severity incident response and root cause analysis, ensuring rapid resolution and long-term remediation.">
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, test plans, and operational procedures.">
  • Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy by monitoring service health and communicating performance metrics to leadership.">
