Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing trust with assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and renewal risks, and develop and deliver engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new customers and introducing them to our products and support processes.
  • Coordinating complex projects in interaction with developers, IT managers, and decision makers from various industries.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks in coordination with Sales.

A strong relationship with IT is essential, with exposure to projects related to cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable customer-facing skills, a passion for cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies, and excellent presentation skills.

Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects is also desirable.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the APAC region.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
