Job Title: Workday Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled senior consultant with expertise in Workday Financials to lead end-to-end workstreams for client implementations. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration through meticulous analysis and interpretation.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic partnership.
  • Proactively identify risks/issues and escalate as needed to avoid project delays and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Achieve Workday Financials certification in one or more of: R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch, showcasing your ability to drive complex projects forward.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide expert guidance.
  • Excellent client engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate challenging situations and achieve success.
  • Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your autonomy and self-motivation.
