Job Title: Freelance Oracle SOA Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned freelancer with strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services to support integration and technical development needs.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a strong focus on HRMS, proven skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and advanced SQL/PLSQL, as well as extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Develop and customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits.
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Support data migration activities to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
