Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor: Foster a high-performing team of data scientists and guide them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems: Explore, design, and implement agentic AI architectures that drive innovation.
  • LLM Innovation: Experiment with and operationalize Large Language Models to improve business outcomes.
  • Computer Vision & Multimodal AI: Advance product recognition, OCR, embedding-based similarity, and visual transformers to enhance customer experiences.
  • Scalable Systems: Architect and deploy robust data pipelines and real-time AI services to support business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Required Skill Set:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Data Science with leadership responsibilities and expertise in driving business outcomes.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++, with expertise in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Deep expertise in transformers, BERT, GPT-based architectures, and neural networks.
  • Hands-on experience in computer vision (CNNs, visual transformers, OCR, multimodal embeddings).
  • Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI, including fine-tuning and deploying LLMs at scale.
