Job Title

As a skilled engineering professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team-oriented environment with exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art applications each day.

To succeed in this role, you will leverage strong technical knowledge of existing solutions, deep understanding of technologies, standards, and protocols within an industry or end equipment, and an ability to engage with customers and translate their requirements into technical specifications that will solve their problems.

This involves partnering closely with colleagues from various functions to ensure that new product roadmaps meet customer and market requirements and are technically optimized and manufacturable at a price point that makes sense for business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the definition, development, and deployment of innovative products and platforms based on emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with marketing, applications engineering, and design teams to align product roadmaps with customer trends and inflection points.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply but dive into details as necessary.
  • Understanding of key markets, including industrial automation, appliances, building automation, and robotics.
  • Knowledge of key standards such as RS-485/232, PowerBus, and IO-Link.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with people across multiple sites.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and willingness to travel to customer sites periodically.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Systems-level expertise with a clear understanding of signal chain subsystems in customer designs.
  • Expertise in industrial applications related to relevant protocols.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to drive results with initiative.
  • System-level design and architecting experience.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new systems and processes.
