About the Role

We seek a seasoned AI professional who will drive the translation of complex research into efficient, scalable AI systems. You will design architectures, guide technical decisions, and deliver projects with measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operationalize technical roadmaps for AI projects.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, industry-relevant AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners to define goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers in project teams.
  • Contribute to our mission of delivering tangible outcomes from AI research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience working on cross-disciplinary R&D projects.
  • Strong proficiency in system architecture, model design, and scalable implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating research into shipped solutions (e.g., prototypes, products, or platforms).
  • Background in industry–academia collaborations, technology transfer, or original research initiatives.
  • Familiarity with innovation ecosystems or applied research labs.
  • Active connections or participation in the AI community.
