Senior Building Information Modelling Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic engineering consultancy design team in India.
The role involves working on new and exciting projects, collaborating closely with the WSP Switzerland Team, and contributing to the success of the company through innovative and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP 3D Revit coordinated models
- Model Public Health (Plumbing Drainage) and Fire Protection systems
- Conduct clash detection and resolution
- Create Parametric Revit Families
- Provide specialist support to design teams
- Support design teams with 3D visualizations
- Prepare quantities for BOQs from the 3D model
Key Competencies / Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of software including:
- REVIT MEP
- AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
- Navisworks
- MS Excel
- MS Word
Additionally, the candidate must possess:
- Good English communication skills
- Working knowledge of property and building sector project delivery
- Ability to work closely with colleagues at a senior level
- Ability to plan and manage workload
