Healthcare Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Solutions Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience and possess strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, FHIR, HL7 standards, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting workshops to gather and document requirements.
  • Mapping healthcare processes into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configuring Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for HealthCloud features.
  • Collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Training client and internal teams on Salesforce functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
