Our team is seeking a Compliance Analyst to play a key role in Investor Relations. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our global Client Relations teams to track and monitor agency agreements, preparing quarterly scheduled reports.

About the Role

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, identify enhancements, and implement improvements that strengthen workflow and operational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate data collection procedures, suggesting and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global Client Relations teams to track and monitor agency agreements while preparing quarterly scheduled reports.
  • Prepare schedules of analysis in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review the quality of disclosure responses and process them efficiently.
  • Address third-party queries promptly and accurately, resolving issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in research or data analysis, with a strong foundation in analytical thinking.
  • Minimum 18 months experience in research or data analysis.
  • Interest in financial markets and their operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for managing and processing financial data.
  • Team player with the ability to lead by example and adapt to evolving business needs.
