Job Description

As a Store In-charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory of materials, supplies, and products within the store or warehouse. Your role will ensure the safe storage, organization, and tracking of goods to meet the needs of our operations and customers.

You will play a key role in inventory control, stock taking, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory and supplies.
  • Stock Organization: Ensure all stock is properly stored, labeled, and organized for easy access.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders, pick and pack items, and prepare shipments as required.
  • Stock Audits: Regularly perform stock counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
  • Supply Ordering: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when needed to avoid shortages.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that the storage area meets safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Update inventory logs and documentation using relevant software or systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills: Inventory management, stock control, order processing, supply chain management, safety protocols.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. ITI holder with experience in SAP software preferred.

Benefits

Pay: ₹12,00,000 - ₹16,00,000 per month.

Schedule: Day shift.

Work Location: In-person.
