**Job Summary**:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of store management are handled efficiently. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Store Supervisor will support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, implementing store policies, and providing a positive shopping experience for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage the ordering of new merchandise.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Implement and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain attractive and effective store displays and merchandising.
- Follow corporate guidelines for visual presentation and promotional displays.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required by the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and execute store strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure accurate stock management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
