Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a customer service associate. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.

  3. Documentation: Accurately document all customer communications, interactions, and resolutions in the system.
  4. Adherence: Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
  5. Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills, active listening abilities, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Candidates should also have proficiency in using CRM software, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
