Job Overview:

The Finance Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial management, control and reporting, as well as budgeting and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the FP&A team to deliver strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide data-driven insights on financial performance, including variance analysis, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis to drive business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • CA with 8-15 years of relevant experience in finance operations.
  • Proven expertise in fundraising, project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent contractor and vendor management capabilities.
