Job Description:

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement growth strategies, such as cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor financial metrics and make data-driven decisions to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure alignment with long-term growth plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in operations and finance, with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
