Beverage Innovator Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Beverage Innovator to craft exceptional drink experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create unique beverage menus, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, that showcase expertise in mixology.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, staying updated on industry trends and new ingredients.
  • Develop and implement high-quality drink preparation and presentation techniques, ensuring consistency and excellence in every serving.
  • Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and provide outstanding customer service by sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for mixology.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Creative flair and ability to experiment with flavors, infusions, and garnishes to develop signature beverages.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to engage and interact with guests, build relationships, and provide personalized experiences.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
