Job Opportunity

As a strategic analyst, you will work with a global team to understand client visions and develop effective inorganic and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with global teams and clients to comprehend their business needs and create actionable plans.
  • Gain exposure to working with global clients across various sectors, including automotive, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and private equity.
  • Synthesize key findings by structuring complex problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting insights to the project team.
  • Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conduct commercial due diligence, and screen potential targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients through active participation in firm-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in strategy and M&A consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research on industry platforms.
  • Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses, Big 4, boutique consulting, or corporate development background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from premier institutions globally or India.

Additional Competencies

  • Sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure.
  • Ability to interact confidently with CEOs/CXOs/client executives independently.
  • Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner, and go-getter.

Key Requirements

  • Keen interest in building a career in strategy and M&A consulting.
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills (Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work with in a team.
  • Exposure in International client's geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favourably
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/ Big 4 / boutique consulting / corporate strategy / corporate development background is preferred
