Job Description","

As a seasoned business professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation through the effective gathering and documentation of high-level and detailed business and system requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering transformational programs.

You will be responsible for developing non-functional requirements, AS-IS and TO-BE business process documentation, and functional specifications, while supporting project teams in the delivery of initiatives through to transformational programs.

","

Key skills required for this role include expertise across various technology implementation projects, such as CRM and ERP, with experience in Agile & Waterfall methodology, User Acceptance Testing, Quality assurance, and Change Management.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in HR, Finance, and Supply chain domains, with a strong ability to develop business cases, UAT plans, and support user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and change management.
