Lead Creative Visionary

We are seeking a visionary creative director to spearhead the development of innovative visual deliverables across multiple projects. This role requires a collaborative leader who can drive artistic excellence, maintain brand consistency, and push the boundaries of creativity.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive visual strategies for new features, titles, and marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all games and promotional assets.
  • Align art styles with core product mechanics and player psychology to enhance user experience.
  • Design engaging win animations, bonus visuals, and jackpot effects that boost player satisfaction.
  • Direct the creation of high-quality promotional assets, such as ad creatives, videos, and store visuals, to support user acquisition goals.
  • Guide art teams to develop event-based visuals, themed content, and seasonal offers that drive monetization and retention.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in a senior or lead art role, preferably in game development or interactive content.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing game-related visual design, preferably in casino or free-to-play titles.
  • Proven expertise in UI design, graphic design, and visual storytelling for games.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing creative teams.
  • Mastery of industry-standard art tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
