Our organization seeks a seasoned Network Operations Engineer to lead the delivery of high-quality network infrastructure. As a key member of the operations team, this professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network architecture.

This individual will possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN, WAN, SD-WAN (CISCO Viptela highly desirable) and data center infrastructure, configuration, and operations. Expertise should include routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), carrier WAN and Internet offerings, cloud network services.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of Cisco LAN switching technologies including STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLANs, EtherChannel, and switch stacking; proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, implementing QoS, and managing network segmentation and redundancy.

The Network Operations Engineer will also require in-depth knowledge of firewalls, Zscaler, and load balancer (F5) infrastructure, configuration, and operations. Certified Wireless Networking Professional (CWNP) and Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certifications are highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in network operations engineering
  • Deep understanding of Cisco LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and data center infrastructure
  • Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), carrier WAN and Internet offerings, and cloud network services
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, implementing QoS, and managing network segmentation and redundancy
