Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead and manage implementation engagements with leading financial institutions, insurance companies, and NBFCs. The role involves delivering complex change projects in the financial and regulatory reporting space.

  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering continuous process improvements through technology and non-technology solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include independently leading and managing implementation engagements, explaining client conversations on product features and business requirements, designing solution development, and proactive approach to process improvement and query resolution.
  • Additional responsibilities include understanding financial products and their impact on reporting requirements, focusing on total client relationship, communicating project updates to stakeholders, and driving day-to-day execution of assigned client projects.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or financial services, with a Chartered Accountant or MBA qualification.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have language proficiency in English, MS Excel application experience, and preferable additional certifications such as RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI reporting requirements knowledge.
